I love problems.

As a kid I tinkered with a lot of broken things. Lately it's been startups.

90% fail.

And most often, the fail point is bad customer experience.

Through a BrandFirst Methodology, I’ve helped startups refocus with a combination of brand story, design and user experience. And successfully implemented it for over 20 digital products. Noblr, Wemaste, the Road Frustration Index for Audi. The Visa Business Network on Facebook. And rebranding Box to prep towards a successful IPO. 

I was recently Director of Product Innovation at gyro, (yup it's pronounced just like the Mediterranean wrap) where I built the brand experience for Visa developer. Prior to startups I honed my skills as a creative lead and CD at on Nike, Google and Visa in the ad agency world. 

Between consulting startups, I'm building SKUE, a wholesale marketplace for premium handmade co-created with retail stores.
